Bring Your Appetite to Dom Giordano’s 5th Annual Feast of the Seven Fishes Dinner

  • SumoMe

For 14 years, Philly sports fans and sports reporters always heard former Eagles Head Coach Andy Reid talk about the need “to do a better job” after every Eagles game.

Vie1Coincidentally, that is my mantra for my upcoming Fifth Annual Feast of the Seven Fishes Dinner. Since I decided to do this dinner five years ago, it has grown into a big-time event. We’ve had the unique problem of having to search for restaurants big enough to handle the demand for tickets.

Of course, as the event grows, so does my expectations. Every year, I want to make this event better.

Growing up in South Philly, it seemed everyone in the neighborhood started cooking weeks ahead of time for their family’s own Seven Fishes feast. And as anyone who has ever celebrated the Feast of the Seven Fishes, it is not just about the food, but the opportunity for friends and family to come together and enjoy the spirit of the season.

Vie2To me, my WPHT 1210-AM listeners are like family. And like most families, we may have disagreements from time to time (during my radio show), but when we get together, it’s all about fellowship and having fun. You do not have to be Italian…you don’t have to agree with my politics…you do not even have to celebrate Christmas. All you have to be is someone who enjoys good food and a good time.

I am truly excited about this year’s fifth annual  Feast of the Seven Fishes Dinner and live radio broadcast.

The date will be Monday, December 16th, from 7 to 10PM.

Vie3This year’s event will be held at Vie, at 600 North Broad Street in Philadelphia.
